ENTRY FEES: 

 $7. per event per athlete.  Relays are $28.00 and count as an event for each team member.  Fees are non-refundable and must accompany entry forms. Entry fees are to be paid by CASH or Money Orders ONLY.

No personal checks or team checks will be accepted.

 Drafts are payable to The Fresno Flames.   

 

ENTRY DEADLINE

All entries must be submitted at the association meet no later than one hour after the running of the last  running event.  Every entry must be stamped birth verified prior to competing at the association level.  All relay declarations must be on file prior to the association meet.

No Entry form for the Region Meet will be accepted that has not been birth verified prior to competing at the association meet.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

AWARDS: National USATF medals will be given to the top three places in each event. Top 3 finishers in each event advance to the Junior Olympic Nationals.  
T-SHIRTS:  Custom design t-shirts will be available both days of the meet.  
ADMISSION: No admission charge

MEET RULES:  

1.   The Region 14 Meet is to be governed by the games committee in accordance with USATF rules.  

2.   All non-competing athletes must stay off the infield.  

3.   All coaches and parents must stay off the track, infield,  and Clerk’s Circle during the meet.  

4.   All athletes must check in with the Clerk at least 30 minutes prior to the start of their event.  Competitors will be escorted to the starting line be the Clerk.  Athletes  should not check in unless they are ready to compete.  

5.   Relay teams must wear matching tops and shorts.  Quarter-inch spikes  maximum for running events.  

6.   Starting blocks will be provided.  

7.   All running events will advance by place and time for timed finals.  

8.   Protests concerning the status or eligibility of an entrant must be made to the Meet Director.  Protests relating to matters which develop during the meet must be made in writing and delivered with a $50.00 cash fee to the Meet Referee within 30 minutes of the results  being  posted.  A full refund will be made if the protest is upheld.  

9.   Age divisions and event limitations are according to USATF rules.
